The material is available in customizable thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm, with widths and lengths up to 1200 mm, and can be supplied in single-layer or multi-layer configurations depending on application requirements. The pore size is precisely controlled, ranging from 0.5 μm to 100 μm, providing uniform filtration efficiency while minimizing flow resistance.

The mesh is produced through a multi-layer stacking process of drawn titanium wires, followed by high-temperature sintering under inert or vacuum conditions. During sintering, the titanium fibers fuse at contact points, forming a three-dimensional metal network with outstanding structural stability. This method ensures excellent dimensional integrity under high pressure, vibration, or thermal cycling, making it suitable for long-term industrial use.

In addition to mechanical robustness, the titanium mesh exhibits exceptional corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, chlorides, and seawater.
