Customizable Precision 1µm SS Filter: Standard 60mm OD & Multi-Length Options

Engineered for high-efficiency filtration, this element is manufactured from premium 316L stainless steel powder through high-pressure molding and vacuum sintering. The result is a rigid, self-supporting metallic structure with uniform pore distribution and exceptional dimensional stability.

Each cartridge features a seamless or precision-welded body to ensure mechanical integrity under high differential pressure. Unlike woven mesh, the sintered powder structure prevents pore migration and media shedding, ensuring a consistent 1µm rating.

Its tortuous path pore geometry provides superior depth filtration and high dirt-holding capacity. Highly resistant to corrosion and temperatures up to 600°C, it supports repeated backwashing and ultrasonic cleaning, significantly extending service life. Available in standard and custom configurations (DOE, 222, 226) to meet diverse system requirements.

FAQ

Q: How often should I replace my Precision 1µm Sintered Filter?

A: Replacement frequency depends on your specific process and contaminant load. We recommend monitoring Differential Pressure (ΔP); a significant increase indicates it's time for cleaning or replacement.

Q: Can these sintered powder filters be cleaned and reused?

A: Yes. Their rigid 316L structure allows for multiple cleaning cycles via backwashing, ultrasonic treatment, or chemical CIP, significantly lowering your total cost of ownership.

Q: What is the maximum operating pressure?

A: Standard 60mm elements typically handle up to 250 PSI (1.7 MPa). For high-pressure applications, we offer custom-reinforced designs to meet your specific PSI requirements.

Q: Are these filters suitable for food and beverage applications?

A: Absolutely. Our 316L stainless steel construction is FDA-compliant and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for food-grade filtration and high-temperature sterilization.
