The Precision 1µm SS Filter is a high-efficiency filtration element engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring stable, fine-grade separation. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel woven wire mesh or stainless steel fiber felt, this filter element is produced through a controlled multi-layer stacking process followed by vacuum sintering. Each filter cartridge is formed into a cylindrical shape and securely welded at both ends. A precision rolling seam welding process is applied to enhance concentricity, surface flatness, and mechanical consistency across the entire filter body. This construction method effectively eliminates the weaknesses commonly found in conventional wire mesh filters, such as deformation, inconsistent pore geometry, and limited pressure resistance.

With a nominal filtration rating of 1 micron, the Precision 1µm SS Filter provides reliable removal of fine particles while maintaining smooth flow characteristics and low pressure drop.
